What you'll do

• Direct overall restaurant management
• maintain food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, safety, and security standards
• recruit, train, reward, and terminate staff as needed
• prepare and post staff schedules
• communicate food preparation standards
• maintain business records and inventory and money controls
• support marketing initiatives, contact prospective customers, and plan events and promotions
• complete assigned Subway courses.
