The Sonographer, Women’s Health, Per Diem role is onsite in Monroe, NY. Compensation is $65 per hour, commensurate with experience. The position supports Aizer Health’s Women’s Health team, which provides comprehensive care for women throughout their lives. The sonographer performs pelvic, abdominal, and transvaginal ultrasounds for OB/GYN patients, shares reports with referring physicians, coordinates care within Women’s Health and other departments, and protects patient information under HIPAA requirements. The work contributes diagnostic imaging and coordinated support to the team’s patient-centered care.

What you'll do

• Perform pelvic, abdominal, and transvaginal ultrasounds for OB/GYN patients
• collaborate and share reports with referring physicians
• assist with care coordination within Women’s Health and other departments
• comply with HIPAA standards when handling patient information and inquiries
• complete other assignments and projects as required.

Requires New York State certification, ARDMS OB/GYN certification, and at least two years of recent OB/GYN experience. Work hours listed are Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–1:45 p.m., and two Sundays per month 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
