HVAC Install Helper (In-Field Experience Required)

The HVAC Install Helper (In-Field Experience Required) role is onsite in Renton, WA, with field work at customer homes. Pay is $22–$27 per hour. As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air provides residential retrofit, maintenance, installation, duct renovation, cleaning, and Aeroseal services.

What you'll do

• Under a lead installer’s direction, help remove old units and install heating and cooling systems
• run wires
• fabricate and install ductwork
• set up refrigeration lines and replace venting
• prepare and load the truck
• lay out supplies
• level and place outdoor unit pads
• assist with line sets, mini-splits, piping, wiring, and thermostats
• help commission systems
• and clean the work site.
