Job overview

The role exists to ensure customer satisfaction through meticulous assessment, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. The technician works collaboratively with the team to meet repair facility KPIs and serves as a brand ambassador for The Boyd Group.
What you'll do
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan, plan repair work and prepare cost estimates, use tools to repair vehicle sections, hammer out dents and apply filler resins, realign chassis and frames, remove and replace damaged parts, weld and attach parts, and inspect vehicles after repair.
