Supply Chain Specialist

The Supply Chain Specialist role is onsite in Dallas, TX, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $32–$42 per hour. The specialist is part of Waabi’s Global Supply Chain Team, supporting the company’s autonomous transportation technology work. The role manages purchase order releases, material tracking, and physical inventory, while coordinating shipments and supplier processes. These activities help maintain supply availability and support Waabi’s facilities and development of autonomous transportation systems.

What you'll do

• Track materials and manage physical inventory, including labeling, storage, and handling
• create purchase orders and support procure-to-pay activities
• receive direct and indirect materials for the Lancaster facility
• coordinate shipments among suppliers and Waabi facilities
• manage consigned inventory
• perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
• build carrier relationships
• manage supplier RMAs end to end
• assist with process improvements and documentation.
