What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, hygiene, and activities of daily living
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when applicable
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship
• assist with mobility and transfers as permitted by the care plan
• provide medication reminders
• assist with transportation and errands when applicable.
