What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Creative, Sales, Education, and professional stylists to develop innovative curly hair products.
• Conduct market research using platforms like Euromonitor, Mintel, and Kline to identify white space opportunities and inform product development.
• Translate data-driven insights into compelling product concepts, including formula, fragrance, and packaging ideas.
• Assist in the creation of artwork, claims documentation, and other materials required for product launches.
• Manage procurement of competitive products, coordinate sample shipments, and maintain accurate master data records.
