What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and staff
• assist the General Manager and department managers
• train and oversee aquatics and private-party staff
• support swim instruction, class scheduling, student progress, customer service, and employee training
• provide sales and marketing training
• guide retail and vending operations
• learn booking, scheduling, reporting, and administrative software
• maintain safe and sanitary pool operations
• oversee emergency and safety procedures
• maintain relevant certifications.
