Home Health Caregiver — Weekend Shifts

Job overview

The Home Health Caregiver role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding communities, with weekend shifts. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. AtoZHomeCare provides nonmedical in-home support to adults and older adults, helping them maintain independence and familiar routines while supporting their families. The caregiver provides personalized assistance according to each client’s care plan, supporting daily living, comfort, safety, and dignity through personal care, companionship, meal assistance, mobility support, and communication with families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers within training and the care plan
• provide companionship and activities
• prepare meals and assist with eating according to dietary instructions
• provide medication reminders when authorized
• perform light housekeeping related to client care
• observe and report changes
• document visits and communicate with clients, families, and the care team
• follow assigned care plans and maintain required training and certifications.
