What you'll do

• Manage construction contract billing
• set up project billing from schedules of values
• prepare draw requests and progress billings
• collect and file lien waivers and compliance documents
• prepare customer reporting
• coordinate with project managers to align billing with work completed
• and monitor accounts receivable aging and outstanding payments.
