What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and utility personnel
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, buildings, parking and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and restricted areas
• verify visitor and contractor authorization
• document activities, incidents, and shift communications.

Why this role
