Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene is a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader. The purpose of this role is to provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy, guiding them toward independence and an improved quality of life. The Occupational Therapist will create personalized care plans and build meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery.

What you'll do

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
