The Shift Leader role is onsite in Lakewood, WA; compensation is $18–$19 per hour. The role supports Firehouse Subs restaurant operations and its guest-service, quality, and cleanliness standards. The Shift Leader is accountable for the profitable operation of an assigned shift while following company guidelines and regulations. The role leads the restaurant team, supports the General Manager with operations and initiatives, and helps maintain compliance, accurate records, and effective staffing.

What you'll do

• Operate an assigned shift within established food-cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales-growth guidelines
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
• lead the team in guest service, quality, and cleanliness
• assist the General Manager with operations plans and initiatives
• participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the General Manager’s guidance
• complete required programs, reports, and legal documents
• communicate business issues to the General Manager or owner.
