What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors
• follow site procedures for access control and emergency response
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• document observations and report concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications.
