What you'll do

• Hire, train, and develop staff
• manage sales, labor, cost of goods, and other controllable expenses
• review daily and weekly financial results and act on changes
• maintain food quality, ticket times, and hospitality standards on the floor
• oversee health, safety, sanitation, security, ordering, invoices, inventory rotation, cleanliness, and staffing schedules
• report weekly to the Area Manager.
