The supervisor maintains process controls, production quality, documentation, and laboratory operations while working with quality and plant leadership, production teams, and the Foundry Lab Technician. The work helps investigate quality issues, sustain standards, and improve foundry processes.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve controls and procedures across melt, core, molding, and cleaning operations
• lead daily scrap reviews
• evaluate customer returns and initiate corrective actions
• track samples and production documentation
• create, update, and audit procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and BOMs
• support sample activity and related quality documentation
• oversee lab operations and back up the Lab Technician
• participate in continuous improvement
• and provide day-to-day direction to the Foundry Lab Technician.
