What you'll do

• Supervise nursing operations during assigned shifts
• coordinate patient care across nursing units
• support nursing staff with patient-care needs, staffing concerns, and clinical issues
• monitor patient safety, care quality, and policy compliance
• assist with staffing assignments and resource allocation
• collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• support incident reporting, quality improvement, patient safety, and infection-control initiatives
• maintain accurate documentation.
