What you'll do

• Serve customers at the counter and by phone
• identify parts using electronic catalogs and business systems
• provide pricing, availability, and sourcing options
• recommend related items and alternatives
• process invoices and payments
• manage returns, cores, and warranty claims
• maintain inventory through binning and stocking
• identify discrepancies and obsolete parts
• maintain a customer-ready counter
• participate in product training and outreach.
