What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, season, and serve meals according to menus and schedules
• follow standard recipes and food-handling practices
• estimate food quantities and control portions
• prepare ingredients
• check food quality and tray accuracy
• prepare meats, fish, poultry, soups, sauces, salads, desserts, breads, and other listed foods.
