Senior Construction Estimator

What you'll do

• Develop conceptual budgets and design-progress budget iterations
• manage price control and final estimate pricing
• support project setup and turnover to operations
• assist with project buyout
• review bid invitations, takeoffs, plans, and specifications
• build relationships with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
