What you'll do

• Provide daily living assistance including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Assist with resident transfers and mobility.
• Support dining and food preparation tasks.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
