What you'll do

• Scrape, sort, rinse, and load dishes and glassware into the dishwasher
• unload clean items and return utensils and plates to their proper locations
• sweep and mop kitchen floors daily
• maintain detergent and cleaning supply levels
• notify a supervisor about dishwasher defects
• attend employee meetings covering procedures and safety protocols.
