The assistant general manager supports the General Manager in daily school operations, enrollment growth, and customer service. The role coaches the Front Desk team, follows up with prospective families, and helps ensure a welcoming, clean, and smoothly run facility.

• Welcome members and families

• oversee first-day swimmer processes
• manage enrollment goals and lead follow-up
• track pipeline and conversion trends
• coach and evaluate Front Desk staff
• plan community events and partnerships
• serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
