The Production Operator, Steel Manufacturing is an onsite, full-time, temp-to-hire role in Houston, TX. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. Day shifts run 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and night shifts run 4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m., five to six days per week; hours may vary with production demands. The role supports a steel manufacturing shop through Enerstaff. The operator helps maintain production flow by preparing and monitoring machinery, feeding raw materials, making minor repairs, and checking finished materials for compliance. The work contributes to safe, consistent manufacturing output in a non-climate-controlled facility.

What you'll do

• Set up, monitor, and maintain production machines and equipment
• feed raw materials into machines
• operate production equipment
• make minor repairs and replace parts
• test finished materials for compliance
• follow facility requirements including steel-toe footwear and screening requirements.
