What you'll do

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates

• review invoices and sign disbursement checks
• monitor cash-receipt coding
• prepare monthly accruals
• coordinate monthly financial statements
• analyze financial trends, ratios, variances, budgets, and forecasts
• administer house banks and audits
• coordinate payroll monitoring
• review inventory records and tax returns
• prepare depreciation schedules
• assist with human resources needs when requested.
