What you'll do

• Perform billing, accounts receivable follow-up, and credit balance resolution
• identify trends and root causes affecting revenue-cycle effectiveness
• provide customer service to market personnel, insurers, and patients
• document follow-up in the practice management system
• assist with patient education about insurance plans
• and maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and CHRISTUS policies.
