The Purchasing Specialist role is onsite in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Compensation is $24 per hour. The position supports purchasing and scheduling at Amerhart’s Sheboygan Falls location for its manufacturing and distribution operations. This role helps keep materials flowing and inventory accurate by coordinating purchase orders, supplier information, scheduling, and inventory controls. Its work supports production planning and customer needs across the branch.

What you'll do

• Issue purchase orders
• match and proof purchase orders against vendor acknowledgements and make corrections
• complete manufacturing scheduling tasks
• report on and improve scheduling, inventory, and supply-chain issues
• analyze products, specifications, and ordering trends to optimize inventory
• coordinate with branch management, sales representatives, central buyers, and customers
• maintain inventory accuracy through accounts-payable reconciliation and open purchase-order lists
• negotiate supplier quality, pricing, and delivery.
