What you'll do

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions using product knowledge and sales strategies
• manage sales leads through email, live chat, and phone
• greet and assist showroom customers
• conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries
• confirm appointments
• review customer feedback
• enforce waiting-room policies and product security
• open or close the showroom
• use the ERP system and collaborate across functions.
