What you'll do

• Operate the POS system and perform cashier duties
• assist the chef and prepare foods and catering orders
• prepare coffee
• clean cashier and coffee stations and remove trash
• serve in retail areas, including cashiering and line service
• maintain cash accuracy and make deposits at shift end
• inventory and restock supplies and food products
• set up serving lines and record food temperatures, notifying cooks when temperatures are outside acceptable limits
• serve hot and cold items
• set up items for purchase
• rotate refrigerated products using FIFO
• stock pantries to par levels and record replenishment and refrigerator temperatures.
