Shipping Associate — Warehouse

The Shipping Associate role is onsite in Urbana, IA. Compensation starts at $19 per hour, and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The role supports Clickstop's Shipping Team in getting customers their orders when needed while upholding company values and its Brand Promise. The associate picks, audits, packs, receives, and ships products while maintaining inventory accuracy and following warehouse safety procedures. Cross-training across shipping and inventory functions helps the team meet customer needs reliably.

What you'll do

• Pick and audit small-pack orders
• pack orders for shipment and complete orders in the ERP
• document and organize inventory
• perform quality checks on incoming products
• replenish bins using FIFO
• conduct cycle counts
• pick, pack, and ship small-parcel and LTL orders
• verify shipment records
• prepare and load items for third-party distribution
• follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
