What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations and facilities
• develop sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection strategies
• partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs and recruitment plans
• build talent pipelines through postings, outreach, job fairs, university events, industry groups, and employee relationships
• use screening tools and conduct background and reference checks
• maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
