What you'll do

• Guide customer onboarding, configuration, training, data migration, and go-live readiness
• understand customer processes and recommend best practices
• investigate and document workflow and configuration questions
• coordinate with customers and internal teams
• deliver instructor-led virtual training
• validate and import migrated data
• identify trends and recommend product and process improvements.
