What you'll do

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including quantity takeoffs and subcontractor summaries
• partner with internal departments and build a subcontractor base
• prepare project budgets using historical data, unit pricing, and proposals
• obtain and manage plans and specifications
• review budgets with a supervisor
• maintain estimating unit prices, programs, and templates
• verify existing conditions and incorporate findings into estimates.
