The Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, part-time position in Chester, MD and surrounding areas. Pay is $22–$27 per hour for 12–20 hours per week, with weekday afternoons and weekend daytime shifts; summer scheduling is flexible. Actify ABA provides evidence-based services intended to support children and client success. The RBT delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy, implements treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and records client progress. Collaboration with families and team members and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment support consistent care.
