What you'll do

• make rounds and provide or assist with direct care when indicated

• communicate condition changes between shifts
• support a safe environment
• provide clinical evaluations to on-call medical providers
• develop staff competencies and orientation
• participate in facility surveys and discharge planning
• ensure adequate nursing coverage and report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.
