What you'll do
- Set up and operate manual engine lathes to fabricate hydraulic shafts, pistons, and cylinder parts
- read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
- perform turning, threading, boring, facing, and tapering operations.
