What you'll do

• Manage annual and capital budgets
• oversee maintenance of the operational warehouse and building systems
• develop and manage maintenance contracts
• supervise facilities staff
• maintain electrical, emergency power, fire, security, refrigeration, communications, and other infrastructure
• coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
• manage building security and CCTV
• maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
• and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
