What you'll do

• Monitor and authorize property entry and departure
• maintain daily activity and incident reports
• summon emergency services when needed
• monitor fire alarm panels
• secure office, commercial, mechanical, electrical, and roof-access areas
• inspect common amenities and parking areas
• conduct floor patrols for hazards and open doors
• and assist with late-arrival rental packages.
