Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager is an onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $16–$35 per hour. This role supports the Border Foods team, a large Taco Bell franchisee dedicated to a people-first culture. The purpose of this role is to assist in the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. The assistant manager is responsible for reinforcing core values, managing financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Reinforce core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.
• Assist in restaurant operations, including scheduling, team deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain point of sale systems.
• Assist in managing financial performance, labor control, inventory, and waste management.
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
