Compensation is $28–$36 per year. The Manufacturing Technician role is an onsite position located in Wilkes Barre, PA. 54 - $35.71 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities available for this role supporting the Anheuser-Busch supply team. This role exists to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The technician contributes to the team by performing maintenance checks, analyzing process data, and adhering to standard operating procedures to support the company's production goals.

What you'll do

• Work in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks
• Analyze process data for maintenance decisions
• Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements
• Assist with Lean methodology process improvement initiatives
• Document and communicate maintenance and quality events.
