Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager works onsite in Reston, VA. Compensation is $56,000–$60,000 per year. What you'll do

• Maintain professional relationships with residents, company departments, clients, government agencies, vendors, and service providers
• supervise maintenance staff and scheduling
• inspect work and common areas
• oversee apartment make-ready procedures
• support rent collection, applications, leasing, and vacancy reduction
• assist with marketing, surveys, and reports
• coordinate property and corporate communications
• identify hazards
• provide evening, weekend, and holiday emergency service as the on-call representative
• assist at other properties as assigned.
