What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, heating, and HVAC issues
• maintain facility appearance and repair equipment and structures
• install and repair fixtures, wiring, and piping
• maintain pool systems and water conditions
• conduct required water-temperature audits and records
• purchase supplies and maintain work-order records
• follow safety practices and applicable codes.
