Business Development Director

The Business Development Director is an onsite role based in Ackerly, TX. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the hospital's inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives within an IRF and/or LTCH setting. This role exists to lead and inspire hospital growth by designing and implementing innovative referral programs. The Director will manage marketing operations, oversee admission processes, and foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence.

What you'll do

• Reviews, evaluates, and monitors critical numbers and progress towards goals.
• Manages operational and financial metrics, marketing operations, hiring and recruiting staff, admission processes, and the reimbursement system.
• Communicates marketplace opportunities and threats to senior management.
• Identifies new and repackages existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.
