Deli Department Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and direct deli department activities
• develop and coach department personnel
• teach deli production fundamentals
• cost materials to determine retail prices
• plan merchandising programs and cross-merchandising
• help control labor and inventory within budgets
• receive, store, price, and merchandise deli products
• maintain department records and coordinate with other departments.
