What you'll do

• Lead regional operations and implement integrated clinical operations across program lines
• establish and enforce policies and procedures
• represent the organization with payers, regulators, and community partners
• oversee budgets and revenue optimization with the Controller/CFO
• supervise and develop operational leaders
• lead program launches and transitions
• monitor performance metrics
• ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement
• conduct data analysis and site monitoring.
