What you'll do

• Develop compensation strategy, roadmaps, and programs
• assess market trends and program data
• lead base and variable pay implementation and change management
• ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
• coordinate regulatory testimony and requests
• support executive compensation and proxy materials
• build and mentor the compensation team
• partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory.
