Night Auditor

The Night Auditor works onsite in Weaverville, NC, on a 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports the Fairfield Inn & Suites Weaverville Front Office and guest experience overnight.

What you'll do

• Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation
• oversee the property as manager on duty during the shift
• check in arriving guests and process payment information
• allocate rooms
• provide hotel and tourism information
• handle guest questions and complaints
• issue receipts and calculate bills
• maintain reservations and credit card security
• balance the cash drawer
• perform routine cleaning and assist with guest requests and other hotel operations as needed.
