What you'll do

• Provide behavioral therapy in youth and family environments
• learn and apply MST principles and analytic processes
• conduct MST assessments
• engage caregivers and other key participants
• document treatment plans, interventions, progress, and barriers
• collaborate across systems
• participate in MST training, supervision, and consultation
• assess and address risks
• use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• cover the on-call crisis line on a rotating schedule.
