Direct Caregiver

What you'll do

• Supervise resident behavior and activities
• monitor physical and emotional well-being
• record and report observations
• provide input to treatment plans and implement assigned portions under clinical direction
• complete CPI training
• assist with restraints under licensed staff guidance when applicable
• assist with hygiene
• administer medications and maintain records
• transport residents to appointments
• support recreational activities and visitation
• maintain a clean work area
• assist with emergency safety procedures
• complete required CBRF and trauma-informed care training.
