What you'll do

• Handle and fulfill counter retail and wholesale orders
• answer phone inquiries and manage phone orders
• pick and bill parts accurately
• process online orders through OEC and SimplePart
• respond to service estimate requests through XTime
• put away stock and organize shelves
• conduct bin counts and cycle checks
• coordinate delivery schedules and estimates with drivers
• collect and reconcile wholesale account payments
• protect customer information
• maintain a clean, organized, safe workstation
• communicate order status and handoffs to teammates.
